5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Premier Travel Sphere is not liable for losses that could have been covered by adequate travel insurance.

6. Force Majeure

Premier Travel Sphere shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.
